This Privacy Policy is applicable to all personal data that Crossphase B.V. uses for the purposes described below. We regard ‘personal data’ as any information by which you can be personally identified. This Privacy Policy elucidates how we process and protect your personal data.

Crossphase takes your privacy seriously and will take appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure your personal data against loss or any other form of unlawful processing. Only our own authorised personnel and our authorised service providers can access your personal data.

When you share your personal data via our website, email or in any other way, you acknowledge to have read and understood this Privacy Policy, and have given us permission to process your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. You are in no way obligated to share your personal data with us. However, not sharing data may influence our ability to customise our services to your needs.

Crossphase exclusively distributes your personal data to third parties which either act in accordance to their respective legal obligations, or which are contractually obliged to process personal data in accordance to this Privacy Policy and the current privacy laws and regulations.

For what purposes do we collect personal data?

We collect, process and keep personal data to connect talent to Crossphase or to one of our customers. Crossphase.nl processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you share your personal data with us.

What legal grounds do we adhere to for processing your personal data?

Your explicitly given permission or our legal obligation are the legal grounds for processing your personal data for the purposes mentioned above. You have the right to retract your consent at any moment in time. This retraction of your consent does not influence the legality of processing which took place before you retracted.

Which personal data do we use – and how do we use it?

When you register on Crossphase’s website, contact one of our employees, or when you respond to a job opening, we save your personal data in our database. We manage your data and use it to contact you. We take great care in securing your personal data. However its safety cannot be guaranteed as the data has been sent over the internet. If you are an independent service provider, we will process your personal data similarly to enter a service agreement with you.

To use the services that Crossphase provides, a personal profile has to be created. When you create this personal profile, some personal information is required.

Crossphase processes the contact information which has been directly provided by you, and the information related to recruitment (such as your CV and other relevant information related to recruitment, and correspondence related to job interviews). This way, we can inform you about existing and future job openings at our company or at our customers, and we can invite you for activities related to recruitment.

How long (and where) do we keep your personal data?

For recruitment, we will keep your personal data as long as necessary to finalise the recruitment process. If we expect to have an interesting job opening for you in the near future, we will keep your personal data for this purpose. Your personal data will be kept on a server in a secured environment that only authorised personnel has access to.

Hotjar is a tool that shows us where our visitors click on the website and also how frequently they scroll down the pages.This data can not be traced back to the persons because the data is completely anonymized.

Facebook, LinkedIn and Vimeo

Our website has buttons and hyperlinks to promote our brand on the social networks: Facebook, LinkedIn and Vimeo. By clicking on these buttons or hyperlinks these social media pages will open and you will be redirected to a page where our privacy policy is applicable.

Cookies

Crossphase uses cookies, pixel tracking and other methods to improve our websites, our marketing efforts, and our services. If you do not wish to accept cookies, you can set your browser settings to refuse cookies. Cookies are pieces of information, such as your preferences, that may be stored on your device. Thanks to cookies you do not need to fill out the same information the next time you visit a website. Pixel tracking allows us to see through which channel a user has landed on our website.
We also use cookies placed bij Google Analytics to track website visits and receive reports about the behaviour of the visitors.

Google Tag Manager

Crossphase uses Google Tag Manager to create and adjust tags. Google Tag Manager is a program of Google that can instal tracking codes. Because of Google Tag Manager we do not have to place each code separately on our website. This tool acts like a grigger to other tags to collect data under certain circumstances. Google Tag Manager does not use these data.

Google Analytics

Data about your activities on our website: We use Google Analytics and collect data about your activity on our website. Your IP address is not documented, therefore, we cannot use this data to identify you as an individual.

Internet browser and device type: We use Google Analytics and collect data concerning your browser and your device. Your IP address is not documented, therefore, we cannot use this data to identify you as an individual.

When do we share your personal data with third parties?

Crossphase will not share your personal data with third parties for Direct Marketing purposes (e.g. advertisements).

Crossphase can share your personal data with third parties in case it is necessary for providing the mutually agreed to services for you (e.g. for the process of a job application) or when the data cannot be connected to your person (such as automatically generated information, except for your IP address).

Crossphase can share your (personal) data with third parties if we are legally obliged to, in case we are compelled to as a result of a lawsuit, or in the case we find it necessary to protect our own rights.

If we share your personal data with third parties, we will endeavour to let them process your data in agreement with this Privacy Policy and guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your personal data.

How can you access, edit or remove your (personal) data?

By sending an email to privacy@crossphase.nl you can review, edit, or remove your personal data. In order to protect your privacy, we will have to properly identify you to ascertain that the data is provided to the right person, and that the right data is edited or removed.

If you want to review your personal data, you will receive an overview of your personal data in our database conform to the guidelines of the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (General Data Protection Regulation) as soon as possible (or within the legal deadline). If you want to change your personal data, we will implement these changes on your personal profile at the earliest opportunity. If you want us to remove your data from our database, we will do so as soon as possible and will inform you according to the protocol by the Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (General Data Protection Regulation). We will inform you in writing about the protocol within the legal deadline. A decision to improve, add, delete or shield will be affirmed at our earliest convenience.

When removing personal data, we will keep an anonymised copy of the personal data in our archive. If your personal data has also been accessed by our clients or other third parties, please be aware that we cannot remove your data from their systems. You must contact these third parties directly to remove your personal data from their systems.

This Privacy Policy is subject to change

Crossphase reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove parts of this Privacy Policy at any time. These changes will be announced on our website. We advise you to regularly check our website.

Complaints about data processing activities

We invite anyone who believes that we act contrary to the current laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal data, to email us at privacy@crossphase.nl. We will respond to your email within a month. You can also submit a complaint about our procedure at the Dutch Data Protection Authority via Postbus 93374, 2509 AJ The Hague.
