For what purposes do we collect personal data?
We collect, process and keep personal data to connect talent to Crossphase or to one of our customers. Crossphase.nl processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you share your personal data with us.
What legal grounds do we adhere to for processing your personal data?
Your explicitly given permission or our legal obligation are the legal grounds for processing your personal data for the purposes mentioned above. You have the right to retract your consent at any moment in time. This retraction of your consent does not influence the legality of processing which took place before you retracted.
Which personal data do we use – and how do we use it?
When you register on Crossphase’s website, contact one of our employees, or when you respond to a job opening, we save your personal data in our database. We manage your data and use it to contact you. We take great care in securing your personal data. However its safety cannot be guaranteed as the data has been sent over the internet. If you are an independent service provider, we will process your personal data similarly to enter a service agreement with you.
To use the services that Crossphase provides, a personal profile has to be created. When you create this personal profile, some personal information is required.
Crossphase processes the contact information which has been directly provided by you, and the information related to recruitment (such as your CV and other relevant information related to recruitment, and correspondence related to job interviews). This way, we can inform you about existing and future job openings at our company or at our customers, and we can invite you for activities related to recruitment.
How long (and where) do we keep your personal data?
For recruitment, we will keep your personal data as long as necessary to finalise the recruitment process. If we expect to have an interesting job opening for you in the near future, we will keep your personal data for this purpose. Your personal data will be kept on a server in a secured environment that only authorised personnel has access to.

Internet browser and device type: We use Google Analytics and collect data concerning your browser and your device. Your IP address is not documented, therefore, we cannot use this data to identify you as an individual.
When do we share your personal data with third parties?
Crossphase will not share your personal data with third parties for Direct Marketing purposes (e.g. advertisements).
Crossphase can share your personal data with third parties in case it is necessary for providing the mutually agreed to services for you (e.g. for the process of a job application) or when the data cannot be connected to your person (such as automatically generated information, except for your IP address).
Crossphase can share your (personal) data with third parties if we are legally obliged to, in case we are compelled to as a result of a lawsuit, or in the case we find it necessary to protect our own rights.
How can you access, edit or remove your (personal) data?
By sending an email to email@example.com you can review, edit, or remove your personal data. In order to protect your privacy, we will have to properly identify you to ascertain that the data is provided to the right person, and that the right data is edited or removed.
